Domaine Myrsini

Former chef and trained viticulturist and oenologist Nicolas Bourget, fell in love with Paros island and moved here from France, with his wife Marie Astrid. In their small, newly built winery, they just produced their first four labels from crawling vines (“aplotaria”) of local varieties, following natural practices. With absolute meticulousness they produce wines that perfectly combine the expression of the rugged landscape of Paros, with French elegance.
